Morning Devotional — Wednesday, January 7th, 2026

Morning Devotional — Wednesday, January 7th, 2026

Breathing in, I arrive.
Breathing out, I am here.

Today unfolds as a tapestry of devotion, creativity, friendship, and renewal. I step into this morning with gratitude for the practices that anchor me and the people who walk beside me.

🌿 Intention for the Day
May I move through this day with presence, gentleness, and purpose.
May each activity—spiritual, creative, relational, and embodied—be an offering to my healing and to the people I love.

🕯️ Morning Sadhana
As I begin my daily sadhana, I root myself in breath and awareness.
I honor the discipline that nourishes my spirit and steadies my mind.
I trust that this practice prepares me for all that follows.

🎨 Creative Offering with My Longtime Friend
Later this morning, I will join my friend from high school—someone who has witnessed so many chapters of my life.
Together we will begin a piece of country-inspired art, a gift crafted with love for my daughter.
May this creative act be joyful, grounding, and infused with intention.
May the bond of friendship remind me of continuity, resilience, and shared history.

🕊️ Fusatsu Vows Renewal
This afternoon, I step into a space of reflection and recommitment.
Fusatsu invites me to return to my values, to acknowledge where I have wandered, and to renew my vows with humility and sincerity.
May this ceremony cleanse my heart and strengthen my path.

🧘‍♀️ TYI Yoga Practice
Tonight, I close the day in movement and breath.
May my body feel supported, my mind spacious, and my spirit at ease.
May this practice integrate everything I have lived today.

🌸 Closing Reflection
Mother Nature, steady presence of my life,
guide my steps, soften my heart,
and let me meet this day with gratitude and clarity.
May I honor myself, my loved ones, and the communities that hold me.
