Morning Devotional β€” Tuesday, January 6th

a day of discipline, nourishment, and mindful flow

🌻 1. Intention β€” Entering the Day with Presence
This morning I begin with devotion and clarity.  
I step into my daily sadhana with a full heart:  
- Zazen  
- Yoga practice  
- Tending my inner garden with Satvic Yoga Sadhana, day 2  
- Strength training  
- Calling my OA HOW sponsor  
- A nourishing breakfast  

I move gently, breathe deeply, and let each practice root me in the present moment.  
I honor my body, my mind, and my recovery with every step.

πŸƒ 2. Gratitude β€” Honoring the Work of Living Well
I am grateful for the structure of this day  
for the chance to tend my finances,  
to prepare a fresh chayote blanco salad,  
to enjoy lunch at Sopitas,  
and to walk through the park with a sweet, simple tangerine.  

I give thanks for the ability to nourish myself with food, movement, sunlight, and mindful choices.

🌺 3. Blessing β€” A Prayer for Steadiness Through the Afternoon
May I enter the afternoon with clarity and purpose.  
May I bring focus and gentleness to my work on the SLAA Anorexia Workshop.  
May I show up fully for the OA book study group, open to learning and connection.  
And may I end my day with softness and presence in the TYI Yoga for Better Living class,  
letting my body unwind and my spirit settle.

May Mother Nature guide my steps today.  
May I be steady, kind, and present  
to myself, to my recovery, and to the world around me.
