Morning Devotional — Sunday, January 4th

Morning Devotional — Sunday, January 4th

a day of presence, movement, and mindful care

🌻 1. Intention — Be Here, Now
Today I choose to be fully present.
In my yoga practice, my SLAA meeting, the final day of the Anorexia 12 Steps workshop, my OA HOW meeting, and my walk to gather Whole Plant Based groceries.
I will bring my whole self.
I will breathe into each moment, letting it be enough.
I will move gently, listen deeply, and stay rooted in now.

🍃 2. Gratitude — Honoring My Healing Rhythm
I am grateful for the structure and flow of this day.
For the sacred rhythm of movement, meetings, and nourishment.
For the communities that hold me, the practices that ground me, and the choices that support my recovery.
I give thanks for the gift of walking, cooking, breathing, and being alive.

🌺 3. Blessing — A Prayer for Presence
May I be here, now.
May I move through this day with softness and clarity.
May I feel Mother Nature’s quiet guidance in my breath, my steps, my choices.
May I be safe, steady, and kind — to myself and to others.
May this day unfold with grace, one mindful moment at a time.
