Daily Devotional β Wednesday, January 14th
a day of rest, ease, and gentle devotion
π» 1. Intention β Rest and Go Easy on Myself
Today I choose rest. I go easy on myself, moving gently through each moment. May I honor my body, my spirit, and my recovery with compassion and patience.
π 2. Morning Sadhana β Rooting in Stillness
I begin with my sadhana, centering myself in meditation, yoga, and mindful awareness. This practice steadies me, reminding me that rest is part of healing. I carry softness into my breath and presence into my movements.
πΌ 3. Midday Care β Tending to Health
I go to my medical checkup, honoring my bodyβs needs and trusting the wisdom of care. I meet this moment with gratitude, knowing that tending to health is an act of love.
πΊ 4. Afternoon Presence β Writing and Recovery
In the afternoon I write about Fellowship, reflecting on meetings, outreach, and service. I integrate recovery with mindfulness, letting words become a path of clarity. I attend the SLAA Women in Recovery meeting, showing up with honesty and compassion. I let connection remind me that I am not alone.
π 5. Evening Integration β Yoga for Better Living
I close the day with TYI Yoga for Better Living, weaving together movement, breath, and gratitude. I let my body soften, my spirit settle, and my heart rest in peace.
πΈ Closing Blessing
May I rest today. May I go easy on myself. May Mother Nature guide my steps with gentleness and wisdom. May I be steady, kind, and present β to myself, to my communities, and to the world around me.
