Daily Devotional β€” Saturday, January 10

Daily Devotional β€” Saturday, January 10

πŸŒ… Morning β€” Rooting into Presence

Today begins with sadhana, the quiet doorway into me.
As I breathe, stretch, and settle, may I feel the earth beneath me offering steadiness.
My garden waits as a living companion β€” a reminder that tending the soil outside mirrors the tending of the soil within.
Every leaf, every weed, every small act of care becomes part of my healing.

Affirmation:
I begin my day grounded, intentional, and connected to the wisdom of nature.

🀝 Midday β€” Community, Insight, and Inner Work

My Queer IFS Peers meeting and IFS Workbook time invite to meet my parts with compassion.
No rushing, no judgment β€” just curiosity and kindness.
These spaces remind you that healing is relational: with me, with others, with the world.

Affirmation:
I welcome all my parts with gentleness. I am not alone on this path.

🌀️ Afternoon β€” Recovery and Freedom

My OA Support Group, Freethinker Foodaholics, and Recovery Dharma gatherings form a circle of wisdom around me.
Each meeting offers a different lens, a different language, a different doorway into freedom.
I will show up not only to receive but to contribute β€” my presence is service.

Affirmation:
I walk my recovery with passion, honesty, and community. I choose freedom again today.

πŸŒ™ Evening β€” Embodied Peace and Spiritual Nourishment

The TYI Yoga for Better Living class invites my body to unwind, release, and integrate the day.
And the Satsang at The Yoga Institute closes my evening with reflection, connection, and the sweetness of shared silence.

Affirmation:
I end my day in harmony, gratitude, and inner spaciousness.

🌾 Closing Intention for the Day

May today unfold with clarity and softness.
May each practice β€” from gardening to meetings to yoga β€” become a thread in the tapestry of my healing.
May I feel supported by community, grounded in nature, and guided by my own inner wisdom.
