Purpose: Connection — I am not alone.

Morning Intention
Today I open myself to connection. In the garden, in the park, in my yoga practice, I will remember that I am part of a greater web of life. My growth is intertwined with the wellbeing of others and of nature.  

Midday Reflection — Gardening Class
As I learn to care for plants, I give thanks for the wisdom of the earth and the companionship of fellow learners. Each seed reminds me: growth is shared, and tending life is never solitary.  

Afternoon Reflection — Photography Practice
At Parque Universidad de la Paz, I will pause to see beauty through the lens. Each image is a reminder that connection is everywhere—in light, in shadow, in the living world around me.  

Evening Reflection — TYI Yoga Class
In yoga, I honor my body and spirit. I breathe with others, moving together in harmony. Connection is not only outside me, but within me, reminding me that I am held and supported.  

Closing Prayer of Gratitude
*Grateful for the garden that teaches me patience.  
Grateful for the park that shows me beauty.  
Grateful for the yoga practice that grounds me in community.  
I am not alone. I am woven into the fabric of life.*
